Shopify Overview

Shopify integration is available in Settings > Integrations. This is the recommended first step before creating funnels from Shopify products.

• Connect your Shopify store securely using OAuth.
• Sync live Shopify products into ReviewLead.
• Import selected synced products into your Products list.
• Use generated marketplace URLs for funnel eligibility.

Connect Shopify

Enter your Shopify store domain in this format: yourstorename.myshopify.com

How to find your Shopify domain

1. Open Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Settings → Domains.
3. Copy the Shopify-managed domain that ends with .myshopify.com.

For example:

Not this - indiva.in ❌

1. In ReviewLead, open Settings > Integrations. This opens the Shopify connection form.
2. In the Shopify store domain field, enter your store domain in 'yourstorename.myshopify.com' format. This prepares the secure Shopify connection request. Do not use your custom website domain.
3. In ReviewLead, click Connect Shopify. Shopify opens a secure approval screen in the same tab.
4. Login to Shopify if prompted.
5. In Shopify, click Install app / Authorize (button text depends on store/app state). Shopify approves access and completes OAuth.
6. In ReviewLead, confirm you are redirected back to Settings > Integrations and status shows Connected.

Permission note: You must use a Shopify account with permission to install/approve apps for that store.

Sync Products

1. In ReviewLead, open Settings > Integrations. This displays your connected Shopify card.
2. In the Shopify card, click Sync Products. ReviewLead pulls eligible products from Shopify.
3. Wait for Products synced successfully. This confirms the sync completed.
4. In the Shopify card, review synced count and last synced timestamp.
5. In ReviewLead, open Products > Import from Shopify. Your active Shopify products should now be available for import.

Note: Only sync-eligible Shopify products are shown in the import list (Active + published). Draft and Archived products are not shown.

Import from Shopify

1. In ReviewLead, go to Products page. This opens your product catalog.
2. In the top action row, click Import from Shopify. The Import Shopify Product modal opens.
3. In the modal, search or browse synced products.
4. For the selected product, click Import. ReviewLead creates the product in your catalog.
5. Confirm import result: modal closes, products list refreshes, and a success toast appears.

Funnel Eligibility Rule

Products must have at least one marketplace review URL to be selected in funnel setup. If missing, the product shows `URL required` and cannot be selected until a valid URL is present.
