Is the system Amazon/eBay/Walmart/Shopify compliant?

Yes, ReviewLead is fully compliant with marketplace policies.

Our funnels are designed to comply with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other major marketplace guidelines:

  • Funnels never explicitly request positive reviews
  • Freebies are always delivered regardless of whether a review is submitted
  • No incentives are tied to review content or rating
  • Customers can choose to provide feedback instead of a review
  • All funnels follow marketplace terms of service

ReviewLead is built specifically to help sellers collect authentic reviews while maintaining full compliance with marketplace policies.

Can I export my subscribers/leads?

Yes, you can export your leads (subscribers) at any time.

Export options include:

  • CSV Export: Export all leads or filtered leads to CSV format
  • Includes: Email, Name, Status, Support State, Funnel Name, Created Date, Marketing Consent, WhatsApp number
  • Use Cases: Import into email marketing tools, CRM systems, or for backup purposes
  • Location: Available in the Leads table - click the "Export" button

You can also export analytics data and reviews separately for further analysis.

How does the free trial work?

The free trial gives you 15 days of full Growth plan access.

  • Duration: 15 days
  • No Credit Card Required: Start your trial without providing payment information
  • Features: All Growth plan features available during trial
  • Includes: 10 funnels, custom branding, advanced analytics, email templates
  • After Trial: You can choose to upgrade to a paid plan or continue with Starter plan features
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime during the trial - no charges

To start your free trial, simply sign up for a new account. No payment information is required.

What happens if I exceed my plan's funnel limit?

If you exceed your funnel limit, you'll see an upgrade prompt when trying to create a new funnel.

You have two options:

  • Archive Old Funnels: Archive inactive funnels to free up space for new ones
  • Upgrade Your Plan: Upgrade to a higher plan with more funnel capacity

Important: Your existing data is never deleted. You just can't create new funnels until you either upgrade or free up space by archiving old funnels.

Do I need a Growth plan to use email templates?

Yes, email templates are available in Growth plan and above.

Email template features include:

  • Create and customize email templates
  • WYSIWYG editor for template editing
  • Merge fields support (Name, product_title, review_url, etc.)
  • Template preview
  • Bulk email sending

Starter plan users can use default templates but cannot customize them. Upgrade to Growth plan to unlock full email template customization and bulk email features.

Can I use one funnel for multiple products?

Yes, you can create funnels that support multiple products.

When creating a funnel:

  • Select multiple products during funnel creation
  • Customers can choose which product they want to review
  • Each product can have its own marketplace links
  • Reviews are tracked per product

This is especially useful for sellers with multiple products who want to use a single funnel URL or QR code.

How do I reset my password?

Password reset functionality is available on the login page.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" link
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for password reset instructions
  5. Follow the link in the email to set a new password

Note: If you signed up using Google OAuth, you cannot reset your password. You must use Google to sign in. To change your password, go to Settings → Profile and update it there.

What analytics are available?

ReviewLead provides comprehensive analytics to track your funnel performance.

Available metrics include:

  • Core Metrics: Total Leads, Total Reviews, Average Rating, Review Conversion Rate
  • Engagement Metrics: Total Feedbacks, Feedback Engagement Rate, Download Completion Rate
  • Growth Metrics: Lead Growth Rate, Review Growth Rate, Feedback Growth Rate
  • Consent Metrics: Marketing Consent Rate, WhatsApp Opt-in Rate
  • Charts: Time-series charts, bar charts, pie charts, funnel visualization
  • Funnel Comparison: Compare performance across different funnels

Analytics are available in Growth plan and above. Basic analytics are available in Starter plan. See Analytics Help for more details.

How does payment and plan upgrade work?

Plan selection and checkout are available from Pricing & Plans.

You can:

  • View available plans and pricing
  • See your current plan
  • Choose monthly or annual billing
  • Select USD or INR pricing
  • Proceed to checkout for eligible plans

If checkout is unavailable in your environment, contact support with your account email and selected plan.

How do I get support?

ReviewLead offers different support levels based on your plan.

  • Starter Plan: Email support
  • Growth Plan: Priority email support
  • Scale Plan: Faster support response times
  • Enterprise Plan: Priority support 24/7 + dedicated account manager

How secure is my data?

ReviewLead takes data security seriously.

Security measures include:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
  • Password Security: Passwords are hashed using secure algorithms and never stored in plain text
  • Authentication: JWT tokens for secure session management
  • Access Control: Profile information is only accessible to you
  • Rate Limiting: OAuth endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse
