Step 3: Create Funnel

3.1 Navigate to Funnels

Go to /funnels and click "Create Funnel".

Need detailed information? Learn about different funnel types, required fields, and creation process.

3.2 Step 1: Funnel Setup

Required:

  • Funnel Name: Internal organization name
  • Funnel Type: Select "Review & Lead Funnel"
  • Select Products: Choose 1-5 products (all must be same type)

Rules to remember: Review funnels allow up to 5 products, ARC funnels allow exactly 1 product, all selected products must share the same type, and each selected product can have up to 3 marketplaces inside the funnel.

Tip: All selected products must have the same product type (e.g., all "Book" or all "Online Course").

Note: Product descriptions are automatically pulled from your selected products. Ensure your products have complete descriptions before creating the funnel.

3.3 Step 2: Customer Experience

Required:

  • Rating Options: 5-star (detailed) or 3-option (simple: 👎 😐 👍)
  • Minimum Review Length: Default 60 characters

  • If Yes: Choose type (File Upload, Coupon Code, or External URL)
  • Delivery Method: Instant download (60 min) or Email (7 days) - or both

Option guidance: Use Marketplace Default for most funnels, Email Optional for lowest friction, and Email Required when follow-up is mandatory.

Important: If freebie is enabled, Lead Capture Option is locked to Email Required to ensure freebie delivery.

Freebies often improve completion rates.

  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Navigate to Step 4: Launch & Share
  4. Change status to "Active"
  5. If freebie included, ensure Delivery Method is selected
