Funnels
Create and manage funnels for reviews, leads, ARC campaigns, and customer feedback.
Key Rules at a Glance
- Review & Lead funnels: 1–5 catalog products (same product type); each needs a review URL and description.
- ARC funnels: exactly 1 product + ARC PDF workflow (authors/publishers).
- Lead Capture funnels: no products on Step 1—only a category label (“This funnel is for”).
- All selected products in one Review/ARC funnel must share the same product type.
- Each selected product supports 1–3 marketplaces in funnel setup (Review & Lead / ARC).
- Product and marketplace assignment is editable only in Draft for types that use the product table.
