Delete a Funnel
Delete a funnel safely and understand what data is kept or removed.
⚠️ Important Warning
Deleting a funnel is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
- The funnel will be permanently removed from your account
- The funnel link will no longer work - customers will see an error
- You will lose access to the funnel's QR code
- However, your leads and reviews are preserved - they remain in your Leads/Subscribers table
How to Delete a Funnel
Step 1: Navigate to Funnels
- Go to
Funnelspage from the main navigation - Find the funnel you want to delete in the list
- You can search or filter to locate the funnel quickly
Step 2: Access Delete Option
- Click the "Delete" button (trash icon) next to the funnel
- Alternatively, open the funnel's edit page and look for the delete option
- The delete button is typically located in the funnel's action menu or on the edit page
Step 3: Confirm Deletion
- A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the deletion
- The dialog will warn you that this action cannot be undone
- Review the warning message carefully
- If you're sure, click "Delete" or "Confirm"
- If you change your mind, click "Cancel" to abort
Step 4: Deletion Complete
- You'll see a success message confirming the funnel has been deleted
- The funnel will disappear from your Funnels list
- The funnel link will no longer work - customers will see an error page
- Your leads and reviews remain accessible in the Leads/Subscribers table
What Happens to Your Data
✅ Preserved Data
- Leads/Subscribers: All leads collected from the funnel remain in your Leads table
- Reviews: All reviews submitted through the funnel are preserved
- Email History: Email communications sent to leads remain in your records
- Analytics Data: Historical analytics and performance data are retained
❌ Deleted Data
- Funnel Configuration: All funnel settings (name, type, products, freebie, etc.)
- Funnel Link: The funnel URL will no longer work
- QR Code: The QR code for this funnel becomes invalid
- ARC File (if applicable): The uploaded ARC file is deleted
- Freebie File (if applicable): The uploaded freebie file is deleted
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives before deleting:
- Deactivate Instead: Change the funnel status to "Draft" to stop it from accepting new submissions without deleting it
- Export Data: Export your leads and reviews before deleting if you need a backup
- Review Analytics: Check your analytics to see if the funnel is still generating value
- Check Active Links: Make sure you're not sharing the funnel link anywhere (website, social media, etc.)
Alternative: Deactivate Instead of Delete
If you want to stop a funnel from accepting new submissions but keep it for future use or reference:
- Go to the funnel's edit page
- Navigate to Step 4: Launch & Share
- Change the funnel status from "Active" to "Draft"
- Click "Update Funnel" to save
- The funnel will stop accepting new submissions but remain in your account
- You can reactivate it later by changing the status back to "Active"
