Types of Funnels

ReviewLead supports three types of funnels, each designed for different use cases:

1. Review & Lead Funnel

Purpose: Collect customer reviews and leads simultaneously. Perfect for sellers who want to gather reviews while building their email list.

Flow: Satisfaction rating → Review writing → Marketplace posting → Lead capture

Key Features:

  • Collect customer satisfaction ratings (5-star or 3-option)
  • Collect detailed reviews with minimum length requirement
  • Capture customer email and name
  • Optional: WhatsApp collection, recommendation question, marketing consent
  • Optional: Freebie delivery (file, coupon, or external URL)
  • Support for 1-5 products (all must be same product type)
  • Multi-marketplace support (customers choose their marketplace)
  • Up to 3 marketplaces per selected product inside the funnel

Required Fields:

  • Funnel Name
  • Funnel Type (Review & Lead Funnel)
  • At least 1 product (max 5 products, all same type)
  • Rating Options (5-star or 3-option)
  • Minimum Review Length (default: 60 characters)
  • 1-3 marketplaces per selected product

Optional Fields:

  • WhatsApp Collection (with predefined message)
  • Force feedback routing for low rating (for platform marketplaces)
  • Recommendation Question
  • Marketing Consent
  • Freebie (File Upload, Coupon Code, or External URL)
  • Freebie Delivery Method (Instant download or Email delivery)
  • Lead Capture Option (Marketplace Default / Email Optional / Email Required)

2. ARC Review & Lead Funnel

  • Set ARC expiration date (optional)
  • Automated review reminder emails (default: 3 days after download)
  • Track ARC downloads vs review submissions
  • ARC download link with secure token
  • All features of Review & Lead Funnel (ratings, reviews, freebies)
  • Support for 1 product only (ARC funnels are single-product)

Required Fields:

  • Funnel Name
  • Funnel Type (ARC Review & Lead Funnel)
  • 1 product (ARC funnels support only 1 product)
  • ARC File (PDF, max 10MB) - Required when activating
  • Review Reminder Days (3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 days)

Optional Fields:

  • ARC Expiration Date

Note: ARC funnels are available for Growth plan and above, and for Author, Enterprise, or Whitelabel user roles.

Important Notes

  • Product Selection: Review and ARC funnels require products. All selected products must have the same product type (e.g., all "Book" or all "Online Course").
  • Marketplace Limit in Funnels: Each selected product supports 1 to 3 marketplaces in a funnel.
  • Edit Lock Rule: Product assignment and per-product marketplace selection are editable only in Draft status.
  • Lead Capture Option: Marketplace Default uses policy-aware defaults, Email Optional keeps contact fields optional, and Email Required requires contact fields for every submission.
  • Freebie override: If freebie is enabled, Lead Capture Option is locked to Email Required to ensure delivery.
  • Force feedback routing: For platform marketplaces, when enabled, ratings below 4 stars show the Feedback box instead of the Review box.
  • Funnel Status: New funnels are always created as "Draft". You must activate them before customers can access them.
  • Product Descriptions: Product descriptions are automatically pulled from your selected products. Ensure your products have complete descriptions before creating funnels.
  • Freebie Delivery: If you include a freebie and activate the funnel, you must select at least one delivery method (instant download or email delivery).
  • Email Delivery: For email delivery, you must set a Customer Support Email in your Profile settings.

When to choose each option: Use Marketplace Default for most funnels, Email Optional for awareness/volume campaigns, and Email Required when follow-up is mandatory for your sales process. If marketplace-specific defaults keep contact optional and you need guaranteed contact capture, switch to Email Required.
