Subscribers & Leads
Manage leads, track status, send follow-ups, and export lead data.
Quick Start
- Use filters to prioritize high-intent leads first.
- Update status after each outreach action.
- Export regularly for CRM backup and campaign sync.
What are Leads?
Leads (also referred to as "Subscribers" in some screens) are customers who submitted your funnel. This can include people who already subscribe to your service, email updates, coaching, or product communications.
- Submitted a Review & Lead Funnel
- Submitted an ARC Review & Lead Funnel (downloaded ARC and/or submitted review)
- Submitted a Lead Funnel
Contact fields can be required or optional depending on your funnel's Lead Capture Option and freebie settings.
Each lead contains valuable information about your customers, including their contact details, review submissions, and engagement preferences.
Lead Information
Each lead contains the following information:
Basic Information
- Name: Customer's name (editable)
- Email: Primary identifier for most leads
- Funnel: Which funnel they submitted
- Created Date: When they first submitted
- Last Contacted Date: When you last reached out
Optional Information
- WhatsApp Number: If WhatsApp collection was enabled in the funnel
- Marketing Consent: Yes/No badge indicating if they opted in
- Review Link: URL to their review (if submitted to marketplace)
- Product Selected: Which product they chose (for multi-product funnels)
- Marketplace Selected: Which marketplace they chose
ARC-Specific Information (ARC Funnels Only)
- ARC Download Status: Whether they downloaded the ARC
- ARC Download Date: When they downloaded the ARC
- Reminder Email Status: Pending, Sent, or Failed
- Days Remaining: Days until reminder email is sent
Lead Status Management
A lead can have 7 statuses. Use these statuses to track each lead's progress in your workflow:
| Status | What it means | How it is set |
|---|---|---|
| New | Lead row was newly created | Automatic on first submission |
| Contacted | Initial outreach completed | Manual status update |
| Qualified | Lead meets qualification criteria | Manual status update |
| Converted | Lead converted to customer | Manual status update |
| Resolved | Issue/request resolved | Admin resolve action or manual update |
| Archived | Inactive but kept for records | Admin archive action or manual update |
| Unsubscribed | Opted out of communication | Unsubscribe flow or manual update |
There is no strict required order between statuses. You can update status based on your process.
Just submitted - no action taken yet
You've reached out to this lead
Lead shows potential as a customer
Lead made a purchase or took desired action
Issue or inquiry has been resolved
No longer active - kept for historical records
Customer opted out of communications
You can change lead status from the Leads table using the status badge/dropdown, or by using bulk status actions for multiple leads.
Support States (Admin Only)
Admin users can track support requests with three states:
- No Request: No support request has been made
- Open: Support request is active and being handled
- Resolved: Support request has been resolved
Managing Leads
Viewing Leads
Navigate to /leads to see all your leads in a table format.
You can:
- Search by name, email, or funnel
- Filter by status, funnel, funnel type, activity, and marketing consent
- Sort by any column
- View lead details in a modal
Activity column: This is calculated for that specific lead record and helps you understand engagement at a glance. Submission count shows how many times the lead has submitted through your funnel (review/feedback submissions, including repeat submissions). If the same lead submits again for the same funnel and same product, the count still increases. If a lead submits both review and feedback in one submission flow, it is counted as one activity (single submission). Recent Activity highlights leads who submitted recently, so you can prioritize follow-up while intent is still high. In multi-product funnels, repeat submissions can come from the same or different selected products over time.
Simple examples:
- Same lead submits again for the same product later: submission count increases (1 → 2).
- One submission where the lead shares both review and feedback: counted as one activity.
- Sending another private note through the lead update path does not count as a new submission.
Contacting Leads
You can contact leads individually or in bulk:
- Email: Send email directly from the platform
- WhatsApp: Send WhatsApp message (if number collected)
- Bulk Email: Send to multiple leads at once (Growth plan required)
Leads without contact details cannot be reached directly by email or WhatsApp.

Update lead status to track their journey:
