Analytics

Track funnel performance, conversions, sentiment, and growth. Use these insights to improve results.

Before You Analyze

  • Keep at least one funnel active.
  • Use a date range of 30+ days for trend analysis.
  • Compare funnels with similar goals for fair insights.

Feature Availability

Analytics Dashboard: Available in Growth plan and above

  • Trial/Starter plans: Basic analytics available
  • Growth/Scale plans: Full analytics dashboard with advanced metrics and charts

Accessing Analytics

  1. Navigate to Analytics from the main sidebar menu
  2. The Analytics dashboard will load with all your metrics and charts
  3. Data is automatically filtered based on your selected date range and funnel

Overview Statistics Cards

The Analytics dashboard displays key metrics in easy-to-read cards. Metrics are organized into three rows:

Row 1: Core Metrics (Always Visible)

Total Leads

Total number of leads collected across all your funnels. Includes leads from both review and feedback flows.

Total Reviews

Total number of reviews submitted by customers. Shows how many customers completed the review flow.

Average Rating

Average star rating (1-5 stars) given by all customers who submitted reviews. Helps you understand overall customer satisfaction.

Review Conversion Rate

Percentage of leads who completed the review flow. Shows how effective your review funnels are at converting leads into reviews.

Row 2: Engagement & Growth (Always Visible)

Total Feedbacks

Total number of feedbacks submitted by customers. Shows how many customers completed the feedback flow instead of leaving a review.

Feedback Engagement Rate

Percentage of leads who provided feedback. Shows how engaged your customers are with the feedback flow.

Download Completion Rate

Percentage of leads who successfully downloaded the resource. Indicates how many customers completed the full funnel journey.

Lead Month Progress

Compares lead rows created this month against lead rows created in the previous month. This metric uses lead creation date (not lead status), so repeat submissions from existing leads do not increase monthly lead count. Shows "N/A" when the previous month total is 0.

Row 3: Additional Metrics (Click "View More Analytics" to Expand)

Total Downloads

Total number of successful resource downloads. Shows how many customers completed the full funnel journey and received their resource.

Marketing Consent Rate

Percentage of eligible leads who consented to receive marketing emails. Shows how effective your marketing consent opt-in is. Shows "N/A" if you haven't enabled marketing consent in any of your funnels.

WhatsApp Opt-in Rate

Percentage of eligible leads who provided their WhatsApp number. Shows how effective your WhatsApp collection is. Shows "N/A" if you haven't enabled WhatsApp collection in any of your funnels.

Review Month Progress

Compares reviews collected this month so far (from day 1 to now) against the full total from the previous month. Positive values mean this month has already exceeded last month's total pace. Shows "N/A" when the previous month total is 0.

Filters

Use filters to narrow down your analytics data:

Funnel Filter

  • Select "All Funnels" to see aggregated data across all funnels
  • Select a specific funnel to see metrics for that funnel only
  • Filter updates all charts and metrics in real-time

Date Range Filter

Choose from predefined ranges or select a custom range:

  • Last 7 days: Data from the past week
  • Last 30 days: Data from the past month
  • Last 90 days: Data from the past quarter
  • Custom range: Select any start and end date

Note: Charts display monthly data, so custom ranges are grouped by month for visualization.

Lead Growth Example (March vs April)

Scenario: March has 50 repeat submissions from existing leads + 10 truly new leads. April has 30 truly new leads and no repeat submissions.

How metrics are counted: March lead count = 10, April lead count = 30 (repeat submissions are not counted as new leads).

Lead Month Progress: compares 30 vs 10, so growth is positive.

Charts & Visualizations

The Analytics dashboard includes several interactive charts to help you visualize your data:

Time-Series Line Charts

Track trends over time with monthly data points:

  • Leads Over Time: Monthly lead collection trends
  • Reviews Over Time: Monthly review submission trends
  • Feedbacks Over Time: Monthly feedback submission trends
  • Review Conversion Rate Trend: How your conversion rate changes month-to-month
  • Feedback Engagement Rate Trend: Feedback engagement trends over time
  • Lead Month Progress Trend: This month-so-far leads compared with full previous month totals

Tip: Hover over data points to see exact values. Charts are interactive and update based on your filters.

Bar Charts

Compare performance across funnels or time periods:

  • Funnel Performance Comparison: Compare metrics across different funnels
  • Top Performing Funnels by Reviews: See which funnels generate the most reviews
  • Top Performing Funnels by Leads: See which funnels generate the most leads
  • Monthly Comparison Charts: Compare performance across different months

Sentiment Analysis Pie Chart

Understand the sentiment distribution of your reviews:

  • Positive Reviews: Percentage and count of positive reviews
  • Neutral Reviews: Percentage and count of neutral reviews
  • Negative Reviews: Percentage and count of negative reviews

Note: Sentiment is automatically analyzed using AI based on review text content.

Conversion Funnel Visualization

Visual representation of your conversion funnel:

  • Visits: Total funnel visits
  • Leads: Visitors who became leads
  • Reviews: Leads who submitted reviews
  • Downloads: Leads who downloaded resources

Conversion rates are displayed at each stage to help you identify drop-off points.

Funnel Performance Table

View detailed metrics for each funnel in a sortable table:

Table Columns

  • Funnel Name: Name of the funnel
  • Total Leads: Number of leads collected from this funnel
  • Total Reviews: Number of reviews submitted through this funnel
  • Total Feedbacks: Number of feedbacks submitted through this funnel
  • Review Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads who submitted reviews
  • Feedback Engagement Rate: Percentage of leads who provided feedback
  • Average Rating: Average star rating from reviews in this funnel
  • Total Downloads: Number of freebie downloads from this funnel

Tip: Click on column headers to sort the table. Click on a funnel name to view its details.

Export Capabilities

Export your analytics data for further analysis or reporting:

  • CSV Export: Export analytics data to CSV format for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools
  • Filtered Export: Export only the data visible based on your current filters
  • Includes: All metrics, funnel performance data, and time-series data

Understanding Key Metrics

Conversion Rates

  • Review Conversion Rate: (Total Reviews / Total Leads) × 100
  • Feedback Engagement Rate: (Total Feedbacks / Total Leads) × 100
  • Download Completion Rate: (Total Downloads / Total Leads) × 100

Higher conversion rates indicate more effective funnels. Aim for rates above 50% for review conversion.

Growth Rates

  • Lead Month Progress: Percentage change of this month-so-far leads vs full previous month total
  • Review Month Progress: Percentage change of this month-so-far reviews vs full previous month total
  • Feedback Growth Rate: Percentage change of this month-so-far feedback vs full previous month total

Positive growth rates indicate increasing engagement. Negative rates may indicate issues that need attention.

Consent Rates

  • Marketing Consent Rate: Percentage of eligible leads who opted in for marketing emails
  • WhatsApp Opt-in Rate: Percentage of eligible leads who provided WhatsApp numbers

Higher consent rates indicate better engagement and trust. These metrics only appear if you've enabled the respective features in your funnels.

Best Practices

  • Regular Monitoring: Check your analytics weekly to track trends and identify issues early.
  • Compare Funnels: Use the funnel performance table to identify your best-performing funnels and replicate their success.
  • Monitor Conversion Rates: Low conversion rates may indicate issues with funnel design or customer experience.
  • Track Growth Trends: Monitor growth rates to understand if your marketing efforts are effective.
  • Review Sentiment: Pay attention to sentiment distribution - high negative sentiment may indicate product or service issues.
  • Export Data Regularly: Export analytics data for backup and deeper analysis in external tools.

Troubleshooting

No Data Showing:

  • Ensure you have active funnels and leads
  • Check your date range filter - it may be too narrow
  • Verify that funnels are in "Active" status

Charts Not Loading:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try clearing your browser cache

Metrics Showing "N/A":

  • Marketing Consent Rate: Enable marketing consent in at least one funnel
  • WhatsApp Opt-in Rate: Enable WhatsApp collection in at least one funnel
  • Growth Rates: Requires at least 2 months of data to calculate
