Review & Lead funnel
Collect ratings, written reviews, and marketplace-ready links—plus name, email, optional WhatsApp, freebies, and custom questions. This is the default funnel for most sellers who sell on marketplaces or run structured review campaigns.
Best for: E‑commerce (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), books, courses, software, services, and coaches who want public reviews and richer feedback—not just an email list. If you only need signups with no review flow, use a Lead Capture funnel instead.
Products & eligibility (Step 1)
- Choose 1–5 products from your catalog; all must share the same product type (e.g. all books or all courses—not mixed).
- Each product needs at least one marketplace review URL and a non-empty description. Fix gaps on the Products page before you attach them or activate the funnel.
- For each selected product, pick 1–3 marketplaces in the funnel so routing and customer choices work correctly.
- While the funnel is Draft, you can change products and marketplace selections. After go-live rules vary—when in doubt, clone the funnel for a new combination.

Wizard steps (seller)
- Funnel setup: Name, funnel type Review & Lead, language, product type filter, product table, marketplace selections per product.
- Customer review: Rating style, minimum review length, optional WhatsApp, recommendation question, marketing consent, low-rating routing—aligned with how buyers move toward marketplace posting.
- Freebie & delivery: Optional freebie (file, coupon, external URL), delivery methods when active, and Lead Capture Option (Marketplace default / Email optional / Email required) unless a freebie forces email required. File uploads support PDF, DOC, DOCX, Excel, and ZIP files up to 1.8 MB. Use a ZIP when you need to provide several resource files together.
- Launch & share: Status, links, QR code, printable QR Card (review-oriented default copy), preview of the customer flow where available.
What customers experience (summary)
They identify the product/context, leave a satisfaction signal and written review when prompted, may get AI-assisted drafting, and—when your rules allow—are guided to post on the marketplace. Lead capture and optional freebie delivery happen according to your Step 3 settings.

Common questions
- Why is my product greyed out? Missing review URL or description—edit the product first.
- Can I mix a book and a course? No—same product type only for all rows in one funnel.
- ARC PDF books? Use the ARC funnel guide instead; that flow adds ARC file, reminders, and download tokens.
