Products
Create and manage products used in your funnels.
What are Products?
Products represent the items, services, or content you want customers to review. Each product contains:
- Product information (name, type, description)
- Marketplace links (where customers can leave reviews)
- Optional visual assets (cover images)
- Organization tags and categories
Products are used when creating funnels. You can select 1-5 products per funnel (all must be the same product type).
In funnel setup, each selected product supports up to 3 marketplaces.
Why Products are Important
Required for Funnels
You must create at least one product before you can create a Review & Lead Funnel or ARC Funnel. Lead Funnels don't require products.
Product Description Powers AI
The product description you provide helps AI generate authentic, context-aware reviews for your funnels. A detailed description improves review quality.
Marketplace Links
Products store marketplace information (Amazon, eBay, etc.) so customers know exactly where to leave reviews. You can add multiple marketplaces per product.
For Custom Website, add a clear website display name so customers can understand the marketplace choice in the funnel.
Reusable Across Funnels
Once created, products can be used in multiple funnels. This saves time and ensures consistency across your campaigns.
Product Types
When creating a product, you must select a product type. This helps categorize your products and determines marketplace requirements:

Other product types
Important: When creating funnels, all selected products must have the same product type. For example, you cannot mix "Book" and "Online Course" products in the same funnel.
